Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Options Page of the Data Tool Wizard

Use this page to define an action that the Data Tool should perform.

Field Description
Data Source This field displays the name of the selected data source.
Initialize Cobra System Data Select this option to:
  • Reset system data, such as a list of reports, default categories, standard spread curves, reporting sets, and cost classes
  • Clear the Cobra menu security
  • Set the records of certain tables in the Cobra database to contain only those records found in the table of the SQL CE database.

Define Results Select this option to display the Define Results page after you click the Next button on this page.
Back Click this button to return to the Data Sources page.
Next Click this button to display either the Confirmation page or the Define Results page, if you select Define Results.
Finish This button is disabled on this page.
Cancel Click this button to disregard any changes and close the Data Tool Wizard.
